My friend Amber is having a baby Monday. I'm so excited for her! She's having a girl, and the name is a secret!

Leah's Birthday Girl Hat!

Stacie, Leah's mom & I have been friends since we were pregnant together! Stacie wanted a cute hat for Leah's 3rd birthday (which is coming up all too fast!)

Here's what I came up with! I'm going to get a charm of the #3 and string it onto the bow, and sew the bow shut so that it won't come off!

Gabriel's Birthday Longies

These were bittersweet to knit and finish. These are the longies that my little man will wear at his first birthday party! I can not believe it's already been a year! it's flown by! This yarn was hand dyed by an amazing artist, TJTunraveled

Kimmy & Bella's Jane Hats!

So, as you may, or may not know, I have two little boys. I have 4 sisters, 2 step brothers (but they're way older than me, so I NEVER, saw them). I didn't know how to do the whole boy, thing, but 3 years later, I'm hanging in there! I absolutely adore all things girlie, and pink, glittery, flowery, fairies...seriously. I'm a GIRLIE GIRL! These hats are just that! My friend Jenn has 2 little girls, Kimmy & Bella, and Kimmy loved the hat Bella got with her longies and wanted them to have matching! Voila!

This hat, I wish I had a little girl to put it on! It's going to be stocking at Cong-Fu on Wednesday the 4th. It's a super soft Cashmerino from Annie Amelia, and I duplicate stitched "Love" onto it! Seriously. I think I want one for me!

Amira's Hat

One of my best friends, Barb, told me of her friend Amira. Amira has 2 little girls, and was diagnosed with cancer. She's endured some chemotherapy, and has since, lost her hair. I don't know Amira, but I wanted to do something. Barb was searching for head wraps for her, when I got an idea. I will knit her a hat! With Barb's help, we found an amazing deal on some silk yarn from Katsara Yarns. The yarn is amazingly gorgeous in person, and the colors are amazingly rich! Barb said Amira loves the sea/ocean, so this yarn is perfect!
